Educators are innovators.
Our Vision
We believe every young person—no matter their starting point—deserves access to an education that feels relevant, inspiring, and full of possibility.
Our vision is to become a leading provider of alternative education, where students gain the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive in college, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
Through strong partnerships with schools, employers, and local communities, we’re working to reduce NEET rates, close skills gaps, and empower the next generation to build a brighter, more sustainable future.
Our Mission
At SkillED Innovation, we exist to bridge the gap between mainstream education and meaningful vocational pathways.
Too many young people are left behind by traditional systems—but we’re here to change that. Our employer-led, hands-on curriculum is tailored to re-engage students who are at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training).
By aligning practical training with career aspirations—and embedding maths, English, and employability skills along the way—we help students rebuild their confidence, re-engage with learning, and take clear, supported steps toward a positive future.
Our Goals
Reignite Engagement in Education
We help students reconnect with English and maths by showing how these subjects matter in the real world—especially in careers that match their interests and future goals.
Reduce NEET Rates
We guide students towards clear, supported routes into college, apprenticeships, or employment—so they leave school ready for what comes next.
Inspire Confidence & Purpose
By building belief and motivation, we empower young people to take ownership of their futures and understand the value they bring to the world.
Build Awareness of Pathways
We help students (and their families) understand what’s out there—raising awareness of post-16 options so they can make informed, aspirational choices.
Promote Vocational Success
Our employer-led curriculum gives students practical skills, workplace behaviours, and emotional intelligence—so they’re truly ready for life beyond school.
